Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management tool, which will give you absolute command over your email accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new email box account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Also, you can redirect mail messages from one email mailbox to another, finetune mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and defend your email boxes against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific e-mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtering your incoming messages based on certain criteria defined by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your mail accounts and edit the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mails from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Just choose the e-mail account you want to forward emails from, then choose the target e-mail box and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the mail client of your liking to access your mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you want to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple e-mailbox accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
